We analyze school achievement data and project program needs for school improvement Based on data analysis we design academic programs to meet the academic needs of the schools we work with
We provide ongoing professional development with support (such as classroom observations, meetings with staff and administration) to support instructional services which include such topics as: standards-based instruction, academic language/literacy instruction in the content areas, methodology for working with special populations (English Learners, Special Education students, struggling readers, etc.) pacing schemes, basic lesson planning, self-evaluation checklists, etc.
